This Personal Information Collection Notice, which is subject to the Privacy and Responsible Information Sharing Act 2024 and our Privacy Policy, is intended to notify you about the collection of your personal information by the Shire of Northam (the Shire) for the purpose of carrying on one or more of our functions.
The Shire is collecting your name and email address for the purpose of managing the Shire's electronic mailing lists and delivering newsletters to you.
